The River Binds Us documents the history, experiences and contributions of the historic watermen and farmers in the east Suffolk, VA area.
Suffolk River Heritage created the book, but many people in the community joined in the effort and the book was published in 2007. All copies were sold and a second printing was authorized by the board in 2011.
The River Binds Us has gone through two printings and is sold out.

The Crittenden, Eclipse, and Hobson villages in Southest Virginia is a historic area with strong history in oystering and crabbing. This video is a preservation video to bring awareness back to this community and promote the Foundation.
